My background spans over 20 years of delivering results in nutrition
Over the years, I've worked in many areas of nutrition
— from brand communications and product reformulation to health claims, research, media, and writing. More recently, my focus has shifted to more clinical settings, where I specialise 1:1 coaching in weight management and the prevention of Type 2 Diabetes. I use evidence-based nutrition combined with behaviour change techniques — including support for those using or coming off GLP-1 medications — to help people take back control of their health for the long term.

Along the way, I’ve published two books and taken my passion into the community—delivering nutrition education workshops and webinars and working as a media spokesperson. Whether it's speaking on radio, writing for a newspaper, or working 1:1 with patients, my goal is always the same - to make nutrition science simple, engaging, and personal, because when people understand how food works for their bodies, they’re empowered to take control of their health—for good.
