This 30-minute session typically takes place 4 weeks after your Initial Consultation and can also be booked as part of a Consultation package.

 

Here, you'll have space to check-in, reflect on what's going well and gently troubleshoot any challenges. We'll review and adjust your plan together so it continues to feel realistic, supportive and aligned with your goals.​

• Make space for questions, accountability and reassurance

• Signposting & resources to help you stay on track
