Remember, fruit juices, smoothies and pulses like baked beans only ever count as 1 portion in a day, regardless of how much you have.


It's all about getting into a routine that works for you - starting small and gradually improving. So for example, you could try snacking on fruit or veg, or balancing your meals to include a little more veg. No overwhelm, just good habits that are enjoyable and work with your lifestyle.
