Service Description

£60 | 30 minutes | Delivered via video call This 30- minute session takes place after your Initial Consultation - usually within 4 weeks - and gives space to check-in, reflect on what's going well and gently troubleshoot any challenges. We'll adjust your plan together so it continues to feel realistic, supportive and aligned with your goals. We'll: • Check in on how your personalised plan is going and what's felt different • Explore any challenges or 'sticking points' together • Tweak your plan so it's doable and sustainable • Make space to ask questions, offer support and reassurance • Talk through any optional resources I can share to help you stay on track ✅ Time for your follow-up?
